Half-cooked chocolate

Start the half-cooked chocolate cake by breaking the chocolate into pieces and putting it in a container with the butter . Melt them in a bain-marie or microwave oven. Mix with a spatula until smooth.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour, mix, then add the melted chocolate and butter . Refrigerate and let rest for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Butter and flour 6 circles of pastry 8 cm in diameter (or 6 large ramekins). Place the circles on a plate lined with parchment paper. Divide the chocolate mixture into the circles, filling them three-quarters. Bake and cook for 12 minutes.
Remove the soft oven, let stand 5 minutes, then arrange on plates. Pass the blade of a knife inside the circles and remove them gently. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or custard.
Tip : To bring more flowing, slip a square of chocolate in each soft filling the molds.
